Refund Policy
Last updated July 3, 2026
Overview
Staymaker is operated by Emil Dellert under the business name Staymaker. This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for purchases of Staymaker plans, and forms part of our Terms of Service.
How to Cancel
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the same billing channel used for purchase. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically create a refund for amounts already charged.
Refunds for Paddle-Processed Purchases
Our online reseller Paddle.com acts as Merchant of Record for purchases made directly on our website or through other direct channels. Paddle handles billing-related customer service and refunds for those orders.
- For one-off purchases, you may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date.
- For subscriptions, you may request a refund within 14 days of the most recent renewal date.
- Any refund remains subject to Paddle’s buyer terms, Paddle’s review, and any applicable mandatory consumer law.
- For buyers in the EU, EEA, or UK, any statutory withdrawal right for Paddle-processed digital services may end once you start using or benefiting from the service after agreeing to immediate access before the end of the withdrawal period.
Purchases Through Apple’s App Store
Purchases made through Apple’s App Store are billed by Apple, not Paddle. Cancellation and refund requests for these purchases must be made directly through Apple and are handled under Apple’s own terms and support process.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for a Paddle-processed purchase, contact Paddle support directly, or email us at info@staymaker.app and we will help point you in the right direction.
