Who is Staymaker for?Staymaker is built for private hosts, small property managers, and vacation rental owners who want to simplify their cleaning workflows - whether they manage one, ten or more properties.

What’s the process of using the app?First, you add a property and connect its iCal link from your booking platform. Then, you set a cleaning timeframe - for example, when the cleaning should happen after checkout. Next, you create your cleaners and define their availability, max amount of cleanings per month (to not overwork them), and priorities. Staymaker then automatically detects new bookings and creates cleaning tasks, assigning the cleaners based on availability, priority, and your defined rules.

How does the automatic cleaner assignment work?You set each cleaner’s availability, maximum assignments, and priority. Staymaker then distributes tasks fairly based on your settings. You can always adjust assignments manually if needed.

What happens if a booking is canceled and I don't need my apartment cleaned?If a booking is removed or changed in your calendar, Staymaker will automatically update the cleaning plan and cancel the associated task.

Hi, I’m Emil.
The idea for this app came when I saw how much my mom had to juggle while managing her rentals. Cleaning schedules and team coordination were far more stressful than they needed to be - and most tools out there felt too complex or built for large-scale operations.
So I decided to create something simpler, clearer, and designed specifically for small hosts.
